Home Inspections

A home inspection is a visual, non-invasive examination of the physical structure and systems of a home. We review the roof, plumbing, electrical, AC, windows, doors, appliances and structure. from the roof to the foundation and much more. We take pride in a thorough detailed inspection. An extensive report is provided on site.

Mold Assessment

Certain molds can be hazardous to your health. Excessive moisture in the air, water intrusion and poor AC maintenance can lead to dangerous levels of mold growth. A mold assessment is the only way to determine if there is a mold problem.

Commercial Inspections

A commercial inspection is a limited visual inspection of the property and identifies any potential problems the structure may have. The inspections includes analyzing the overall condition of the structure and its systems, such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, foundations and walls, stairs, elevators, and parking.

Four Point Inspection

A 4 Point Inspection is an inspection report, designed for the insurance company and covers the roof, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems. Certain defects found on your home can make it difficult to obtain insurance. You should ask your insurance agent upfront if they will need a 4 point report to issue insurance on your property.

Roof Inspections

This is a specific report that only covers your roof. It reports on the type of material present, its condition and life expectancy. Any  evidence of damage, leaks or repairs taken note of. The report is then sent to your insurance company for evaluation.

Wind Mitigation

A wind mitigation inspection is a report that informs your insurance company of certain roof construction and storm protection features. Certain features may give you discounts on your insurance premium. You should order a wind mitigation to find out whether you are eligible for any discounts and to know what features you might need updating for better storm protection.
